Gladhouse Reservoir 

On Sunday 19 June 2022, funded Midlothian Community Action Team officers carried out patrols at Gladhouse Reservoir. During the patrols a driver was issued with a FPN for parking within the Clearway. 

We would like to remind all motorists to adhere to the temporary Clearway Order in place on the U80 Gladhouse. The restriction covers 2486m from the junction at C42 Upperside to Tweeddaleburn Road. 

This Clearway Order restricts the stopping of a motor vehicle along this section of road and is in place between April 2022 to October, 2022. 

Police patrols will continue in the area.
