We are appealing for information following a series of thefts from vehicles in the Auchterarder area. 
 
Officers have received reports of eight vans having been broken into and tools stolen from within between 10.30pm on Wednesday, 6 November,  and 6am on Thursday, 7 November, 2024. 
 
Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious to contact us. We would also be keen to view any private CCTV or dash-cam footage from the Castleton and Milton areas. We are interested in identifying the owner/sightings of a silver hatch back vehicle. 
 
Constable Marie Campbell said: "In light of the ongoing crimes, can I take this opportunity to remind everyone to remain vigilant and to keep their properties and vehicles secured at all times, to help us prevent opportunistic thieves."
